Gjesdal IL invites you to the Ålgård Relay 2025 on Thursday, April 24. Registration is open until April 21, with an entry fee of 200 NOK per team for 4 legs and 300 NOK per team for 6 legs. Participants aged 13 and older are required to have a year-round license or purchase a one-time license. The relay features categories for both children and adults, and all exchanges take place inside the athletics stadium or in the immediate vicinity, with surfaces consisting of tartan, asphalt, and gravel.

- The Ålgård Relay is a relay race where several people get their very first experience of running a leg in adulthood, and it also appeals to adults.
- In 2019, over a hundred teams participated, with Sandnes IL fielding 21 teams, and there was a great atmosphere and many prizes for the youngest participants.
